Fantastic flavour combination, getting ready in less than 15 minutes, easiest throw-together meal.
- Prawn, Peeled, Deveined (with or without tale) 800gr
- Chopped garlic 4-5 Cloves
- Paradis saffron 1 x 100 mg sachet
- Butter 3-4 tbls
- White wine 1/2 cup
Serving 2 – 4
Melt your butter on medium/high heat in a pan and add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add crushed Paradis saffron to white wine and let it sit.
Add your prawn to the pan and cook for 1-2 min each side.
Add saffron/white wine and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Don’t overcook the prawn.
